About Me
My work centers on helping adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns of overthinking find calm, clarity, and confidence. Clients often come to me when they’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and capable of lasting change.
With advanced training in anxiety, trauma, and grief, I bring a trauma-informed perspective to therapy. My approach integrates evidence-based methods such as CBT and ACT with mindfulness and body awareness practices that support nervous system regulation and self-compassion.
This balanced, flexible style allows us to meet wherever you are in your process and build practical tools for healing, resilience, and balance. Many of the people I work with are caretakers or high achievers learning to slow down, care for themselves, and cultivate healthier relationships—both with others and within.
