About Me
I believe therapy should feel supportive and practical. I combine evidenced based practices with mind body practices ,helping clients feel grounded, supported, and more connected to themselves. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward lasting change.
I have advanced training in anxiety, trauma, and grief and I bring a trauma informed lens to all of my work. I use combination of evidenced based practices such as CBT and ACT as well as yoga informed mindfulness practices. This flexible blend allows me to meet clients where they are and provide tools that foster healing, self compassion, and balance.
I work with adults navigating anxiety and relationship challenges, as well as those coping with trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions. I focus on helping clients feel calmer. more grounded, and better equipped to build health connections with themselves and others
